Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to use Fapai. By creating an account you confirm that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for everything that happens on your account. Do not share your account with anyone else.

Acceptable use

Do not use Fapai to break the law, harass other people, generate illegal content, or attempt to interfere with the service. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that abuse the platform.

Content

The text and photos generated by your AI girlfriend are for your personal use. You may not republish photo sets or chat logs commercially without permission.

Payments

Premium subscriptions renew automatically and can be cancelled at any time from your account settings. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms.
